They have a great variety of cakes for special occasions. They have all the accessories needed for a birthday celebration. They could have more options in smaller size cakes (1/2 kg Wright or 250 gms weight) for smaller families.

I ordered the signature strawberry cream cake and I’m so impressed that the taste is exactly the same as I remember it 25 years ago. It was our childhood favorite birthday cake. Keep it up never change.

Ordered 2 kg cake for my son’s birthday. I got it on time, the cake was so delicious and moist. The finishing was flawless and the price was very good. My only advise is that they should definitely hire more staff.

We have tried several suppliers of chocolate cakes and from notable hotels but only Mr. Bakers cake by far met our expectations. Its not dry, not too sweet, just perfect for our taste. Ordering is smooth and delivery is fast. We highly recommend them.

Ordered on line early morning today to deliver in an area which has no traffic issues and not far from Jlt branch. The person who called from the shop later was only interested in cancelling the order and refunds. Not a word of sorry for inconvenience caused, guess they have too many customers

Mister Baker truly has the yummiest cake, especially the red velvet and the triplechocolate cake.

I would say one of the finest bakers in JLT. The pastries..the mousses and the cakes are just yum and reasonably prized. I must for anyone within JLT especially in Lake Eulicio side. Also the staff is courteous and very well behaved.

This branch is great! Ive ordered two photo cakes on two separate occasions, both of which were for our company events and they did not fail to deliver. The photos were captured clearly, the flavours were great and we generated a lot of compliments. To top it off, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Had placed order for Rainbow Cake for my sons birthday... on taking delivery the packing box that they had was horrible... it was much smaller than the cake in terms of height!!! Inspite of pointing out this to the counter staff, he simply said, there was nothing much he could do about this!Had to take the cake with no other option provided. Finally on reaching home and opening the cake box, the Happy Birthday Message was on the inner cover , and the top portion of the cake was smudged with the letter colours!!!Horrible!!!!

(Edit : Replying one Year later to my Review is an even bigger insult to your customers, especially that you are using a generic template to respond to all reviews, if this is your new agency or the new community manager, you guys got this Wrong...) While the qualiy of cakes and pastery is very good, these guys have a big problem when it comes to online ordering and delivery : practically 8 out 10 times your online order gets cancelled and the reason being : one item is not available .... Their menu is never updated, so just skip the guys if you are ordering online.

I ordered the Black Forest cake for my wife to be delivered in the midnight as a surprise for her. The two men in the evening at the shop took the order and promised me to be delivered between 11:30 and 12:00 midnight. They ruined my surprise and delivered the cake 12 hour before the bday start without the quote. Now the ladies in the shop is arguing with me instead of accepting there mistake they are saying that I asked it to be delivered at 12:00 hours before. They should use there brain. When my son told the driver to take it back, he said that you keep it in your fridge. What a mismanagement it is how can they ruin and now when I am asking them to take the cake and get the quote printed they are not accepting there mistake. Horrible and pathetic service......will give 0 in the service.
